Ingredients
- 100g Blyss monkfruit sweetener
- 40g vital wheat gluten
- 500g coconut milk
- 300g almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of pandan extract
- 4 teaspoon of baking powder
- 60g olive oil
Method
- Sift the almond flour and mix the dry ingredients.Β
- Beat the eggs and then with the Blyss monkfruit sugar till combined.Β
- Add the wet and dry ingredients and combine.Β
- Cook waffles in waffles maker as per machine instructions. If you are using the oven and waffle mold, bake at 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C for 15 min.Β Β
