Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any opened or used sweetener products.

Damaged or Defective Items

Incorrect or Missing Orders

If you received the wrong item or your package is missing products, please notify us within 3 business days. We will investigate and send a replacement if necessary.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost or offer a replacement without requiring a return.

  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
