A wonderful version of the french classic made with single origin chocolate from the Chocolate Concierge in Malaysia and Blyss Monkfruit Sugar.

Ingredients

  • 230g raw dark 100% chocolate
  • 500g cream
  • 500g milk
  • 12 egg yolks
  • 200g Blyss monkfruit sweetener

Method

  1. Heat oven to 90 degrees C.
  2. Boil milk & cream.
  3. Add chocolate and mix till combined.
  4. Beat eggs and sugar together separately till pale.
  5. Mix in milk, cream and chocolate and combine.
  6. Strain, pour into ramekins and bake at 90 degrees C for 30min in the oven. Cool and chill.
  7. Add a dollop of whipped cream on the petit pot before serving.Β
