Lazy Airfryer Basque Burnt Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 500g cream cheese softened
- 100gΒ Blyss Monk Fruit granulesΒ
- 2 tbs heavy cream or greek yoghurt (optional)
- 50g fine, sifted almond flour (optional)
Method
- Line the airyer with baking paper.
- Soften the cream cheese, add the cream and give it a good churn with the egg beater till smooth.
- Whip the eggs and Blyss Monkfruit till nicely mixed and frothy
- Combine all the ingredients and pour into the baking tray.
- Bake for 20min at 180 degrees.
- Leave itΒ for another 15 min in the air-fryer to cook in the residual heat.
- A stick should pass through clean when then cheesecake cools and sets. Best chilled overnight in the fridge before serving.Β
