An all time french favourite made healthy with Blyss.

π Time to Prepare: 10 Minutes || π Time to cook: 15Minutes
Ingredients
- 800g milk
- 100g whipping cream
- 100g Blyss monkfruti sweetener
- 8 pcs gelatin leaves
- 200g water + 100g Blyss monkfruit sweetener
- 100g blueberries
Method
- Boil milk with almond essence 20 seconds
- Add 100g cream and boil for 20 seconds
- Add Blyss and boil for 20 seconds more
- Add gelatin leaves
- Boil 200g water with 100g Blyss
- Combine all together, simmer and strain through fine sieve.
- Add cold cream and milk and cool down on ice to room temperature. Chill in fridge.
