An all time french favourite made healthy with Blyss.

Ingredients

  • 800g milk
  • 100g whipping cream
  • 100g Blyss monkfruti sweetener
  • 8 pcs gelatin leaves
  • 200g water + 100g Blyss monkfruit sweetener
  • 100g blueberries

Method

  1. Boil milk with almond essence 20 seconds
  2. Add 100g cream and boil for 20 seconds
  3. Add Blyss and boil for 20 seconds more
  4. Add gelatin leaves
  5. Boil 200g water with 100g Blyss
  6. Combine all together, simmer and strain through fine sieve.
  7. Add cold cream and milk and cool down on ice to room temperature. Chill in fridge.
