DR Julia Lim is educator and nurturer to the core. Her passion is in supporting others to grow into their authentic and most vibrant selves. Her own life journey has brought her through different ways she shares her skills and creativity.

Since 1996, she served in the Singapore education ministry in different capacities, as teacher, school leader, curriculum planner, psychologist and researcher. All roles that she enjoyed tremendously.

In 2012, she answered to the urgent inner calling towards greater integrative wholeness and left the ministry to learn an array of psychological and physical health modalities including yoga, breathworks and meditation, and to create as an entrepreneur.

Growth Therapy & Coaching

Julia has a wealth of experience in coaching and growth therapy with youths, adults and families, and designing processes processes to help others in inner discovery and personal empowerment.

Her motivation is to help people nail the emotional roots of unhealthy behaviours and help them reverse habits and patterns that contribute to mind-body problems.

She is particularly drawn to working with those who feel the impetus to find and live from their true authentic selves;  to help people find their MOJO so that life is lived creatively, powerfully and in fulfilment.

Mind-Body Connection

Julia is also a passionate teacher of helping people see the mind-body connection – how the roots dis-ease begins with the mind and get manifested in life-patterns and in the body.

Her own journey at reversing pre-diabetes and obesity through self-work and applied science of how the body works makes her a dedicated advocate of inner work, ketogenic, low-carb nutrition and Intermittent Fasting practices.

She gets much joy in helping people adopt a lifestyle that reverses chronic diseases and health issues like obesity, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, heart disease through lifestyle change, diet, building mental health and mind-body alignment.

Practical Creativity

One of Julia’s most sought after skills is the practical and ingenius ways she applies health principles to mealplans and recipes.

She is able to integrate different facets of knowledge and create delicious yet uniquely pan-asian dishes.

Her classes are always full of surprising insights and essential knowledge to make the complex simple.

Her creativity endeavours also extend to writing, painting and pottery.
