Wakame & Sprouts Smoked Duck Salad

This is a favourite salad


200g edamame sprouts

1 cup dry wakame sprouts (rinsed soaked in 1 litre of water for 15 min) 

250g smoked duck breasts sliced thinly

2 tsp sichuan peppers crushed

2 tsp salt 

Bragg’s aminos 

1 tbs Zhejiang vinegar

1 tbs Blyss Monkfruit sweetener

2 tbs avocado oil 

20g roasted peanuts

1 tbs roasted white sesame seeds



  1. Mix all the sauce ingredients to make a salad dressing. Taste to adjust sweetness or saltiness according to taste. 
  2. Blanch the edamame sprouts, steeping the sprouts into boiling water for 1 min. 
  3. Squeeze dry the wakame. 
  4. Toss the sprouts and wakame with the salad dressing. 
  5. Sprinkle peanuts on top of the salad.
