Low Carb Keto Soft Moist Brownie

A lovely bake on a lazy afternoon. Easy and nutritious chocolatey treat with absolutely no sugar. Blyss makes brownies perfect – try this today!


4 eggs
400g Blyss Monkfruit sweetener
136g almond flour
227g butter
96g cocoa powder
200g dark chocolate bar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup of walnuts


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
  2. Place butter, and dark chocolate in a double boiler until melted and remove from heat.
  3. Add in Blyss Monkfruit Sweetener, vanilla followed by 1 egg at a time until fully combined. Add in cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder until well combined.
  4. Stir in walnuts and pour the mixture in the grease pan and bake for 30 to 35 mins until the brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  5. Cool on the wire rack and serve with berries and if you like… ice cream!
