Sea Salt Walnut Choc Chip Cookies



  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Blyss monkfruit sweetener
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups hazelnut flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped 100% raw chocolate bark from Chocolate Concierge.
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts


  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees celcius and line the tray with baking paper.
  2. Whisk the egg and Blyss until all is melted. Add the butter, and all the dry ingredients till well mixed. Add the chips and walnuts to combine. 
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, make little cookie mounds and latten them somewhat.
  4. Bake for 15min till center is done – leave to cool on rack without touching.
