Melty Lava Cake


70gm Dark Chocolate
70gm Unsalted Butter
10gm Cocoa Powder
35gm Almond flour
50gm Blyss Monkfruit Sweetener
2 pcs Whole Eggs


  1. Place the dark Chocolate and unsalted butter together in a bowl and place over a pot of boiling water to melt it. Mix the Cocoa powder, Blyss monkfruit sweetener and almond flour in another bowl.
  2. While whisking the melted butter, gradually add in the cocoa powder mixture.
  3. Lastly add in the eggs. Butter spray the cups/souffle cups and lightly coat with flour. Pour the chocolate fondant mixture and store it in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake the fondant for 7 mins.
  5. Once the Fondant is done, carefully remove it and serve with fruits and ice cream.
