Lazy Airfryer Basque Burnt Cheesecake

A lazy method to get a glorious dessert done for all the family to enjoy. Al you need is 4 ingredients – eggs, Blyss Monkfruit, cream cheese, cream. The 5th – almond flour – is optional. Get cooking in a jiffy. Ketogenic, low carb, diabetic friendly blyss.


  • 4 eggs
  • 500g cream cheese softened
  • 100g Blyss Monk Fruit granules 
  • 2 tbs heavy cream or greek yoghurt (optional)
  • 50g fine, sifted almond flour (optional)


  1. Line the airyer with baking paper.
  2. Soften the cream cheese, add the cream and give it a good churn with the egg beater till smooth.
  3. Whip the eggs and Blyss Monkfruit till nicely mixed and frothy
  4. Combine all the ingredients and pour into the baking tray.
  5. Bake for 20min at 180 degrees.
  6. Leave it  for another 15 min in the air-fryer to cook in the residual heat.
  7. A stick should pass through clean when then cheesecake cools and sets. Best chilled overnight in the fridge before serving.
